Marketing Communication Intern - Global Insurance Firm

This role is responsible for supporting on a wide range of marketing and communication activities in a global insurance firm. Full time undergraduate or postgraduate students major in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communication or related fields.

THE JOB

Marketing Communication Intern

Highlight

You will be covering a number of key Asia non-life markets and support on a wide range of marketing and communication activities. You will have the chance to work on brand, and positioning in the region, contributing to the success of the overall business.

Internship period

6-month full time internship from July 2023

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement impactful and effective marketing and communications strategies to promote GC&C corporate image and brand visibility.
  • Formulate and implement marketing and distribution support strategy, manage initiatives (e,g. events, partner communications, online and offline marketing and promotional materials), and ensure high quality deliverables
  • Manage branding, internal and external communications initiatives, including corporate events, CSR initiatives, press events, industry awards and sponsorships etc.
  • Maintain strong brand presence and share of voice across business partners and customers through effective communications, campaigns and events.
  • Ensure the systematic collection, review and analysis of market information to identify competitor tactics, market trends, new opportunities and challenges.

Requirements

  • Full time undergraduate or postgraduate students major in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communication or related fields.
  • Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills with the ability to nurture internal and external relationships
  • Self-motivated person with strong analytical skills and capable to work independently.
  • Strong business acumen and communication skills.
  • Good command of both written and spoken English & Chinese.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Power Point. Knowledge with FIGMA and Canva would be an advantage.
