- Bachelor's degree (or higher) in accounting, finance, information systems, or a similar discipline
- 4+ years of external consulting experience (Big Four or equivalent) within a Financial Reporting/Accounting capacity
- CPA or CA certified
- Demonstrated experience in two or more of the following areas:
- US GAAP and/or IFRS and the ability to research technical accounting and transaction related issues
- Transaction based accounting and reporting requirements, including IPOs (S-1), mergers & acquisitions, carve-outs, etc
- SEC filings and their requirements
- Managing and developing junior team members

In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide various accounting advisory services including (but not limited to):
Responsibilities
- Financial Reporting (including the design of reporting processes, restatement assistance, and various SEC filings)
- Operational Accounting (addressing the need for continuous improvement and optimization of the finance and accounting functions)
- Complex Accounting Standard Implementation (such as ASC 606 and ASC 842 for both public and private companies)
- Acquisitions, divestures, IPOs, and SPACs
