Life Assurance Accountant - Financial Services
Exciting opportunity to join a leading financial services company expanding their presence in the Dublin market. With offices based in Dublin City Centre and reporting to the CFO, this is a great opportunity for an ambitious candidates with a Life Assurance background looking to take the next step in their career.
Some Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure month end accounting process is carried out in accordance with procedures
- Post premium and claims and other fee and rebate income to ensure that those are posted appropriately in the GL accounts.
- Preparation of Balance sheet and bank Reconciliation
- Preparation of half year and annual financial statement
Some Key Requirements:
- Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) 1+ years PQE
- Previous experience in a Life Assurance company or Big 4 equivalent experience is essential
- Innovative self-starter
