They are now looking for a lead developer/architect who will help them grow their presence within Switzerland.

- Enthusiastic about learning and adopting new technologies, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Experienced in leading development teams of 4 or more members.
- Skilled in understanding business challenges and translating them into effective technical solutions.
Technical Skills:
- Extensive experience in software development:
- Proficiency in.NET and C# is a plus.
- Strong grasp of object-orientated design and SOLID principles.
- Expertise in automated unit and integration testing.
- Proficient in debugging and troubleshooting.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Experienced in estimating application development efforts.
- Solid understanding and hands-on experience with agile delivery methodologies.
- Practical experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices.
- Familiarity with containerisation technologies is advantageous.
Architectural Skills:
- Competence in gathering and documenting non-functional requirements from stakeholders at various levels.
- Demonstrated success in designing modern, cloud-native software systems that meet both functional and non-functional requirements.
- Deep understanding of modern architectural patterns and best practices, with the ability to assess their applicability to specific situations.
- Experience with Azure cloud architecture.
