We are looking for a Lead Developer to join us as and spearhead the architecture and development of a new greenfield application.
Working within a leading organisation , you'll be working on a business critical solution that is key in the delivery of the business strategy moving forwards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Driving and developing the next phase of business within the company
- Building and Leading a team to architect and build a new business strategy for the business
- Taking ownership, architecting and starting the development
- Weekly reports with the CEO
- Offering technical advice to other Developers, whilst taking an lead role in designing and supporting new technical standards
- Recommend and asses functional and non-functional requirements, for architectural patterns
- Support and coach a wider team to help improve and optimise performance within the team
- Participate and lead meetings with business stakeholders understanding key requirements.
Skills & Experience:
- Experience with C#, .NET , ASP.NET , JavaScript, SQL, GIT
- Experience with CI/CD Pipelines
- Experience owning and leading the development of cross platform applications
Using Agile methods and the latest .NET technology you will be working within several development teams. Working closely with the organisation and remaining involved with all aspects of the life cycle.
AS a Lead Developer you will be focused on a portfolio of bespoke applications and platforms whilst working with other teams and systems across the business.
Must be within commutable distance of Manchester for a hybrid working approach.
