I am working with an Enterprize client of mine in Dublin looking for 2 Helpdesk Engineers to join their IT Support team. This role will involve dealing with Level 1 queries from internal employees within the business. This role is perfect for anyone with between 3 and 9 months experience in IT support with knowledge around a ticketing system.
