Junior UX Designer
Oliver James are working with an exciting Studio who are looking for a Junior UX Designer to join their award winning Design team. You will be creating compelling user journeys and digital designs for their ambitious clients. You will be involved in the entire digital product journey from branding and wireframes, through to high fidelity designs and prototypes.
Key Responsibilities for the Junior UX Designer
- Create impactful and highly engaging user journeys and wireframes
- Establishing new standards for our UX design practices, user testing and CRO analysis
- You will manage multiple projects simultaneously towards successful completion, working harmoniously alongside other designers, front-end developers, project owners, and clients.
- Collaborate with the team and clients on interface & layout design across desktop and mobile, user experience optimisation, user testing, and more.
- You will get the chance to work with business co-founders to define project scopes and be involved in key project pitches.
Key skills for the Junior UX Designer
- Proficiency of Sketch, Figma, Adobe Suite, and other industry-standard design management tools.
- Experience using prototyping tools and user testing methodologies
- Knowledge of UX best practices, user research tools, site mapping etc.
- Good understanding of Mobile apps and mobile app interfaces
- Knowledge of front-end development languages and tools, mainly HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a significant plus
