For one of my clients, I am looking for a junior IT Support for a permanent contract.
This company is one of the leaders of his market, existing for nearly 30 years, they offer a lot of professional opportunity within an international environment.

If you join them, you will be part of the infrastructure and you will manage the internal infrastructure.

Junior IT Support, The Job:
As a member of the Infrastructure:
- You will provide new employees with computer systems and access to network resources.
- You will deliver IT training to new starters.
- You will troubleshoot and managing software installations and upgrades.
- You will support our external user community when using RHEA services and applications.
- You will help plan and implement IT projects.
Junior IT Support, The Profile:
- Relevant qualification in the field of IT/Computer Engineering.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, hardworking, and enthusiastic.
- Ability to work effectively as a team member and independently.
- Fluency in English and French.
