Job Opportunity: Junior Business Controller
Our client, a leading company in the Service industry, is currently seeking a Junior Business Controller to join their Finance department on a permanent basis.Role & Responsibilities:
- Works in close contact with the Business Control Manager in all the FP&A activities, development of new dashboards, closing process and projects;
- Regional business controller is co-responsible for whole P&L of his region, together with Regional Operations Manager;
- Develops business dashboards and KPI's for business unit / Italian region and by that supports decision making;
- Prepares investment business cases and supports ad hoc projects by analysis;
- Collaborates with Financial Accounting Team to enhance automation and improve accuracy and efficiency of financial processes and periodic reporting;
- Ownership of Post-Acquisition Integration process for newly acquired clinic businesses.
Key Skills:
- Bachelor's degree education level or higher in Finance
- Strong technical finance background gained through a professional experience of minimum 3 years in FP&A (Controlling) roles or as Business Partner;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Excellent communication skills in italian and fluent english language;
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel
