Your Mission

  • Collaborate Effectively: Engage with diverse stakeholders, including business leaders, architects, engineers, management, and developers.
  • Demonstrate Expertise: Showcase and enhance your skills in software development and lifecycle management.
  • Innovate: Maintain standards while exploring new concepts, prototyping, and adopting new methodologies and solutions.
  • Guide and Mentor: Lead the adoption of engineering tools and best practices, participate in global software communities, and contribute to DevOps and Cloud initiatives.
  • Lead Initiatives: Drive technical maturity and support the development team to ensure high code quality and maintainability.
  • Network and Collaborate: Build strong connections with transversal IT teams, including engineering excellence, security, communications, and data.

Your Profile

Technical Skills:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT or related fields, or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in multiple technologies (Angular, .NET, Java) and frameworks.
  • Experience with AWS and Azure.
  • Test-driven development approach.

Soft Skills:

  • Full proficiency in English; knowledge of French and Dutch is a plus.
  • Active learner with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Flexible, team-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to lead and adapt to challenges and changes.
  • Analytical with the ability to switch contexts quickly.
