We are looking for an IT Support Lead to join an industry renowned organisation that are going through a period of growth due to continued success!
You'd be joining a team responsible for managing the IT Support for the global Leadership and C-suite members of this reputable organisation. Acting as the Team Lead you'd manage both the day to day IT Support as well as supporting events.
Key Responsibilities:
- To provide IT Support to the Leadership and C-suite members of the organisation
- Troubleshooting technical issues, configuring & maintaining systems and continuous improvements
- Act as a point of escalation for your team, helping to maintain a high standard of service delivery.
- Manage the day to day IT Operations alongside the IT Service Desk Manager
- To oversee vendor management and relationships
- To maintain excellent customer service and relationship with your customers
- To have a good all-rounded IT knowledge such as; Audio Visual, Microsoft Teams, Office 365, Networking (LAN, WAN), Active Directory etc

You must have experience supporting board level stakeholders, senior leadership or C suite and any Leadership experience is beneficial!
This is based on site in London with some flexibility so you must be a commutable distance
