1st Line IT Support Specialist required for a client in the banking sector on a 6 month contract.
A Zurich-based Bank we work with are searching for an experiences IT Support Specialist to support their internal users. They're in the midst of a company-wide digital transformation and you'll be joining an established problem-solving team to help handle requests from users.
- 3+ years experience in IT support
- Strong technical know-how of IT topics in the workplace including network, computer, office365 etc.
- Proven experience providing 1st technical support
- ability to support issues around identity and access management for various systems
- Strong processes and knowledge of creating documentation and manuals
- 6 month contract
- ASAP start date
- 100% capacity (60% remote working available)
- Zurich based office
