Oliver James' leading consultancy client is looking for a strong IT Support Engineer to support on 3rd Line Service Delivery and Support of IT and AV infrastructure.
Key Skills Required:
- Strong experience working within 3rd Line Support
- Experience of IT support (Microsoft and Apple), AV Technologies and Networking (CompTIA, CCNA, CCNP)
- Previous experience with managing vendors would be advantageous
- Strong relationship skills with users and stakeholders
