We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven IT Support Analyst to join a reputable and rapidly expanding organisation based just outside of Wakefield.
This tech led business is currently going through a huge digital transformation towards the cloud & automation and are looking to expand their IT Support function
This is a customer centric role and therefore we need someone who is confident, personal and has strong customer service skills. We are flexible on depth of IT experience as there is so much training on offer!
Key Skills & Responsibilities
- Acting as the first line of support on the technical helpdesk, monitoring & maintaining the computer systems & networks across the organsiation
- Utilise a blend of technical IT skills & service based soft-skills
- Experience working within a technical environment either in a customer service or helpdesk centred role
- Knowledge or experience around IT Support
