We are looking for a Service Desk Technician individual to join an innovative organization that is currently going through a large period of growth!

This is a successful Technology Business that has developed globally recognized software that is used by a number of the largest online retail brands we use on a day-to-day basis.

There is never a dull day in the fast-paced service desk environment, and you will be part of an expanding team delivering excellent customer service!

Core responsibilities:

  • You will be delivery of 1st and 2nd line Support for all IT issues and queries
  • Excellent customer services and first fixes
  • Managing customer's expectations and users
  • Carrying out desk side support and calls
  • Resolving first-line IT issues and supporting end users, service users, and third-party suppliers
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and strong technical skills
  • Strong communication and people skills

This organization doesn't silo their support environment and so you will get involved with everything, progressing your skills and development within the organisation!

We are just looking for someone who has experience working within IT Support environment that wants to take that step into Service Desk position! Whether that's through work experience, apprenticeship, placement study or a recent course - we're open to different levels of experience!

Due to a strong hands-on element to the role, this will be based on-site in the offices in Bradford.
