Our client, a leading company in the insurance industry, is seeking an IT Security professional with project management experience related to IT Security projects. The role will be an initial 12 month contract with a high probability to be extended over 3 years.
Duties:
- Evaluate, design and deploy of information security related controls, solutions and services, particularly with regard to cloud initiatives and internal infrastructure and applications.
- Conduct internal security, risk and 3rd party risk assessments, vulnerability assessments, privilege access management, database activity monitoring, penetration test, security & risk assessments as well as promote security awareness and practices for the organisation.
- On-going monitor security risks and review IT security policies, standards procedures for the company.
- Implement process and solution to increase and maintain Cybersecurity maturity level with reference to common industrial standards.
- Coordination with different stakeholders including IT (Infrastructure, Application, etc), IT Security, BUs, external vendors involved in the projects.
- Project management against the target completion dates including progress monitoring, following up with the relevant stakeholders, escalation of issues and revising the project time line when necessary.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
- 5+ years experience in security operation/IT security with 2 years project management experience.
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CRISC, CISM, or PMP are desirable.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Cantonese and English.
