This successful, global financial services business has a newly created headcount within the IT Security team, due to continued expansion. This is an exciting opportunity to join a successful and expanding business with a very strong governance culture, where you will gain regional exposure. You may also be in 2nd or 3rd LOD role and keen to move into the 1st line as the role requires expertise in driving risk-based approach information security direction in accordance with group and regional regulatory requirements.
You will be responsible for engaging the various business units to identify, document and drive remediation of risks; leading data protection program within each of the business units assigned; providing direction on process improvements, remediating control gaps, and enhancing current tools for strengthening the overall information security control posture.
Candidate Requirements:
- At least 5-8 years of IT Risk/Audit/Governance/Security experience.
- Exposure in Cloud, DevSecOps, SDLC and agile will be advantageous
- Experience in Financial Services Industry
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
