  • Ensures all programs and projects are delivered in terms of project scope, definition, goals, cost, quality, technology, execution, schedule requirements and deliverables
  • Delivering planned business value
  • Define the scope of the project with upper management and clients
  • Lead the project from start to implementation
  • Define project tasks, a scheduled work plan and resource requirements
  • Ensuring that timing, quality standards and project commitments are met
  • Monitors and manages projects according to the company standard practices, tools and methodologies by ensuring a cross-impact business view
  • Provide direction and support to project staff
  • Constantly monitor and report on the progress of the project
  • Analyse problems and suggest solutions in the best interest of the project and of the company


  • Excellent organisational skills
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in project management
  • A degree in engineering or management with an interest in IT processes
  • A successful track record of software project management
  • Knowledge of Agile Methodology
  • Tech-oriented
  • Certifications are a plus (Prince2, Black Belt Sigma,..)
  • Written and verbal communication skills in French and English, Dutch is a plus
