Reputable international mid-size financial services company with a strong presence in Hong Kong is looking to hire a Senior Project Manager (under Project management office).
As part of this role you will manage multiple key projects covering Hong Kong, Macao and GBA business. A successful senior project manager will have an elevated view of various projects and initiatives related but not limited to business growth, new distribution channels and systems implementation, adaptation and optimisation.
As part of this role you will have managerial exposure, work in a harmonious environment combining local and international colleagues and your opinion as well as work contribution will have a impact on the organisation.
Main responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Managing multiple key projects at the same time.
- Programme management: establishing and maintaining governance and cost control.
- Efficiently communicating between different internal and external (vendors) stakeholders.
- Spearheading some key initiatives in liaison with IT teams as well as various business teams and their project managers / business analysts.
- Drive Agile behaviour.
Key skills and experience:
- Prior experience in Insurance industry is a must, ideally life insurance.
- Experience working as a Project Manager having exposure to different projects.
- Scrum master, PMP and other relevant certification will be an advantage.
- knowledge of Agile.
- Proficiency in Cantonese and English.
