Our investment management client require an IT Project Manager to join on an initial 12 month contract to support with the build and migration of the website infrastructure; including upgrade of existing applications and migration of existing application.


  • IT Project management: planning, designing, implementing and reporting on the progress of IT engineering projects (new systems, upgrade projects, migrations, office moves etc.)
  • Effectively communicate project expectations/results to project team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion
  • Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path
  • Support the global IT engineers various project activities
  • Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools
  • Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation and presentations
  • Maintain existing and create new documentation


  • 5+ years of experience in a large and well-structured IT environment
  • Competent and proficient understanding of business solutions
  • Proven work experience as a project manager (degree/certificate in project managementis a plus)
  • Strong IT infrastructure background (cloud, virtualization, clients, security and network services). Vendor certificates from Microsoft, VMWare, AWS, Azure or others are a benefit
  • Good knowledge of Audio/Video solutions such as Video Conferencing systems as well as in project management tools, Microsoft365 and ideally ServiceNow
  • Very good language skills in English (written/oral)
