Per una delle più importanti Digital Bank in Europa stiamo ricercando una figura di IT Designer - Feature Engineer che sarà inserita all'interno di un contesto organizzativo e metodologico Full Agile, secondo modello Spotify.
La figura ricercata sarà responsabile del disegno della soluzione tecnica all'interno di un'architettura a microservizi, su stack tecnico Java.

Job Description
The main purposes will be to perform the interpretation of business riles and functional and not functional requirements in order to shape technical specification according to the given architectural specification in terms of interaction between systems, data exchanged, transformations etc. according to defined design methodolgy.
Key Responsibilities
- To participate and cooperate to shaping activities
- To participate to feasibility analysis for new or to-be-updated initiatives (Epic and User Story), evaluating the impacts for IT;
- To perform detailed & functional and technical analysis/ Design
- To participate in and supporting developers in development phase
- To test support and problem determination
- To participate to and collaborate in the definition of new suppliers and contract requirements
- To breaking down requirements and technical solution into proper slice (User Story) thoroughly examining the costs, benefits and risks of various options prior to selecting an approach;
Technical skills, education:
- Degree in Information Technology/Engineering or equivalent
- Excellent knowledge of IT architecture in place (for the relevant domain) and technical flows
- Good knowledge of the technological landscape (application layer) of the relevant domain
- Good knowledge of Agile paradigm
- Good knowledge of Scrum
- Good knowledge of UML standard
- Good knowledge of Microservice architecture and Domain design model
- Good English knowledge (written and spoken)
