👀🚀 We are looking for an IT WMS Customer Engagement & Delivery Manager to lead a team responsible for assisting clients with the setup and installation of technology tools and services, developing solutions, and supervising program implementation! 👀🚀
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Information Engineering, System Analysis or similar
- At least 3 years of experience in the area
- Previous experience in the supply chain and logistics sector is a plus
- Fluency in English (Level B2/C1)
- Knowledge of ITIL and Project Management methodologies is a plus
Responsibilities:
- Define documentation framework, communication plan, and organization for system management
- Manage a team of technical applications specialists
- Oversee development of technical estimates and work plans
- Manage maintenance and operation of IT systems
- Define solution architecture
Conditions:
- Permanent contract
- Attractive salary of 50 - 60.000 € (depending on experience)
