They are seeking an experienced technology-savvy Business Analyst to play a pivotal role in analysing and delivering on a portfolio of projects across a number of exciting new initiatives.
- You will work closely with the business teams from each division, understand and analyse their requirements and priorities for a variety of projects and initiatives
- You will provide your expertise to assess feasibility and impact of the requirements on the organisations systems and processes, and propose solutions and recommendations
- Collaborating across different teams within the Regional business (such as CRM, retail, digital, marketing, etc) to get their input on the requirements
- You will define and contribute to the testing strategy for the projects that are being delivered to ensure its correct execution
Key Requirements:
- Experienced across various digital projects (ecommerce, CRM, mobile apps, etc.)
- Technical experience across the omnichannel ecosystem
- Extensive requirements gathering and gap analysis experience
- Exceptional communication skills and a keen desire to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
