Our client, a leading reinsurance company, is seeking an experienced HR- Business Partner to join their team in Dublin City Centre on a 12 month contract basis.
Role & Responsibilities;
- Partner with key stakeholders to develop HR plans that support the achievement of business objectives.
- Support the Group Head of HR
- Work closely with the HR Operations team to provide expert guidance and support to Managers and employees on compensation and benefits, HR policies, procedures, and best practices
- Advise and support managers on all aspects of the employee experience from onboarding, reward planning, performance management, succession planning, employee relations and development strategies
- Work closely with the local HR teams on any plans relating to Group function
Key Skills:
- 3-5 Years' experience as a HR -Business Partner
- Experience of supporting teams global teams across multiple locations
- Experience working in Financial Services would be an advantage.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills are required
