Working closely with a large scale insurance client of mine based in Dublin that are growing their IT team. They are currently recruiting for an IT Helpdesk Engineer on a contract basis. The role is an initial 6 month rolling contract working on a hybrid model.
The ideal candidate will have 6 months experience working in a IT Helpdesk environment. The role will include both BAU elements as well as project exposure assisting the Deskside team. The core technologies that are needed for this role are as follows.
> Windows OS
> Active Directory
> Ticketing system
> Troubleshooting remote users
> Strong communication skills.
