Reputable international mid-size financial services company with a strong presence in Hong Kong is looking to hire a Head of PMO (Project management office).
As part of this role you will Look after a centralised PMO team having an elevated view of various projects and initiatives.
As part of this role you will have managerial exposure, work in a harmonious environment combining local and international colleagues and your opinion as well as work contribution will have a impact on the organisation.
Main responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Managing a PMO team of up to 10 people
- Programme management: establishing and maintaining governance and cost control
- Defining and adapting internal policies and procedures
- Spearheading some key initiatives as a Project Manager in liaison with IT teams as well as various business teams and their project managers / business analysts
- Drive Agile behaviour
Key skills and experience:
- Prior experience in finical services industry is a must
- Experience in life insurance is an advantage
- Experience working as a senior PMO and having project management exposure
- Scrum master, PMP and other relevant certification will be an advantage
- knowledge of Agile
- Proficiency in Cantonese and English
