Head of Claims Operations (Claims / Transformation / Insurance)

Head of Claims Operations required by global leader in the insurance industry. Excellent opportunity for the right candidate to join in a leadership level role!
Responsibilities:
- Time split between leading the claims operations team and running digital transformation operations projects
- Manage a team of claims professionals (12 direct reports)
- Act as point of contact for largescale / complex clients within the portfolio
- Liaise with clients for claim-related issues and client service
- Oversee ongoing transformation projects (including moving of operations functions overseas)
- Report to SVP Claims Operations
Requirements:
- 10+ years experience within a claims operations
- Strong team leadership ability (managed 10+ ideally)
- Experience of transformation projects (digital / business)
- General Insurance / Insurance Broking / Loss Adjusting backgrounds considered
- Chinese speaking (Mandarin / Cantonese)
- Experienced managing complex / largescale clients
