Head of Claims Operations (Claims / Transformation / Insurance)

Head of Claims Operations required by global leader in the insurance industry. Excellent opportunity for the right candidate to join in a leadership level role!

Responsibilities:

  • Time split between leading the claims operations team and running digital transformation operations projects
  • Manage a team of claims professionals (12 direct reports)
  • Act as point of contact for largescale / complex clients within the portfolio
  • Liaise with clients for claim-related issues and client service
  • Oversee ongoing transformation projects (including moving of operations functions overseas)
  • Report to SVP Claims Operations

Requirements:

  • 10+ years experience within a claims operations
  • Strong team leadership ability (managed 10+ ideally)
  • Experience of transformation projects (digital / business)
  • General Insurance / Insurance Broking / Loss Adjusting backgrounds considered
  • Chinese speaking (Mandarin / Cantonese)
  • Experienced managing complex / largescale clients
