Infrastructure Manager : £70,000 + 5K Car allowance + benefits

We're looking for an Head of Infrastructure to join a leading organisation that are going through a significant period of growth due to continued success!
Within a very stable industry they're looking for someone to lead from an Infrastructure capacity in a newly created role.
You'd play an integral role in making sure that Technology supports & enables the business, ensuring that Infrastructure is available, secure and managed successfully .
As a senior leader you will play a crucial part in the road map and strategic conversations around technology, really looking at how Infrastructure can evolve with the ever changing landscape of the company!
Currently a smaller IT department you do need to be willing to role your sleeves up and be hands on where needed to!
Key responsibilities:
- To create a clear and suitable road map so that IT Infrastructure continues to meet the needs of the business as it grows
- Ensure that the environment is actively monitored and all issues are promptly addressed and resolved to high standards
- Implement policies, procedures, controls etc to keep a secure environment
- Help Infrastructure evolve in line with both the business but also from a tool and technology perspective
- Manage costs and budgets
- Manage key vendors and suppliers
- Mentor and support your team to help with their career aspirations
