Head of CRM Development (Salesforce)
Once of the companies we partner with are searching for a leader to join their Salesforce Practice. Your role will be to manage a small Salesforce team through future projects. Your role will see you as a 'hands-on' leader, with splitting your time between work alongside the team and then also making strategic decisions with the overall project in sight.
The role's responsibilities will include structuring the technical road-map of the Salesforce.com applications. As the Head of the team, you will have direct reports into the C-level stakeholders in the businesses you're collaborating with. You'll ensure strong working practices throughout the team, including both technical work and also regular interaction with the wider business to ensure the quality is maintained.
We are looking for someone who is willing to take a step-up into a leading role after previously managing Salesforce teams, or someone with previous experience in a similar role. Ideally someone with a strong Salesforce Technical background with experience as a Developer or Architect. The main work will be in the Sale and Service Cloud sector, so familiarity with projects in this sector is essential.
This is a new position in the business as they are growing into a new market. This opportunity will see you as the country-manger as well as leading the Salesforce team. You'll inherit several relationships from clients in this area to maintain strong collaboration, but also hiring new members of the team that can help grow the business development opportunities.
