Key responsibilities:
Perform gap analysis of current functions
Advise the business on upcoming regulatory issues or changes
Provide commercially compliant solutions
Put a compliance monitoring programme in place
Person requirements:
Deep knowledge of FCA regulations
Ability to educate wider business on compliance
Experience in any financial services sector
