We are currently partnering with a market leading re-insurer who are seeking an experienced Claims professional to head up the DACH region. With management responsibilities and regular market exposure, this is a great opportunity to join one of the most notable global Re-insurers.
Responsibilities
- Providing a high level overview to ensure adherence to relevant claims governance, guidelines and policies
- Leading the team across multiple business lines to provide high calibre Quality Assurance reviews
- Upkeep of counter-fraud and subrogation management processes and strategies
- Oversight and management of both the people and the portfolio to ensure operational excellence
- Collaborate with other cross-functional teams to improve claims processes and enhance customer satisfaction
- Assisting on the development of portfolio insights and trends through effective data analysis
Required Experience
- Minimum of 10 years experience within Claims
- Experience within the Corporate insurance market with strong network and reputation across the German / Swiss region
- Ability to efficiently lead a team whilst managing an extensive portfolio
- Strong written and verbal German and English language capabilities
- Comfortable liaising with senior internal and external stakeholders
