Job Purpose and Impact

The Global FPA Sr. Analyst is responsible for generating management reports, creating a deep understanding of business performance and enhancing decision making by the business. In this role, you will contribute to the continuous process improvement in financial tools and on management reporting, report standardization and rationalization. You will partner with the Accounting & Reporting (A&R), Finance Risk management (FRM), and FP&A, as well as the commercial and BOSC teams.
The main responsibilities from the Global FPA Sr. Analyst is divided in:

  • 30% Business planning and forecasting
  • 30% Data, analysis and insight
  • 20% Management Reporting
  • 10% Annual Business planning
  • 10% Continuous Improvement

Key Accountabilities

  • Create and deliver timely, accurate and consistent management reporting and identify business insights from the financial data to enhance business decision making.
  • Partner with peers in cross functional financial teams to achieve the finance strategy and strategic goals of the business.
  • Provide input and identify opportunities to improve data integrity and usefulness for effective management reporting and implement as appropriate.
  • Track key financial risks and communicate initial conclusions to managers or more senior members of the team.
  • Create and maintain reports that show cost of services and trends associated with those services.
  • Create complex financial and nonfinancial reports and interpret initial results and key financial measures.
  • Create routine reports and dashboards to track performance against plan, budget, forecast and other key performance indicators.
  • Independently handle complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Minimum Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Accounting/Finance or related fields
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in a multinational environment and cross-functional relations
  • Advanced Excel and data analytics skills including demonstrated ability for use of BI tools (Tableau, PowerBI)
  • Extensive knowledge of and ability to manage complex financial analysis and modeling.
  • Expert knowledge of product/market/demand analysis, forecasting and forecast improvement methodologies
  • Highly effective people skills able to lead by example and motivate for high performance
  • Change management champion- ability to support and lead the broader organization through change


Preferred Qualifications

  • At least 7 years' experience in finance, supply chain, or strategy
  • Experience with/exposure to Integrated Business Planning [IBP]
  • Experience in manufacturing and/or trading environments
  • Experience with multiple business models and can ground end-to-end flows
  • International business experience
