Our client is seeking a Private Equity Supervisor to lead a team and manage core financial processes for global fund administration. You'll handle preparation for NAV calculations, waterfall structures, and client audits.

  • Position: Private Equity Supervisor, leading a team of up to four Private Equity accountants.
  • Primary Responsibilities:
    • Manage capital call and distribution processes.
    • Prepare and review NAV calculations, fee computations, and profit/loss allocations.
    • Maintain and improve complex waterfall models.
    • Quickly resolve cash and position reconciliation items.
    • Deliver accurate client and investor reporting, including IRR calculations.
    • Oversee client audits, ensuring successful and timely completion.
    • Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing consistent, high-quality service.
    • Facilitate client onboarding and transitions, while optimizing workflows.
    • Mentor and develop junior team members, promoting a collaborative work environment.
  • Requirements:
    • 3-6 years of experience in the Finance sector, preferably in fund administration, auditing, or investment management.
    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business.
    • Experience in Private Equity or Hedge Funds is a plus.
    • Pursuing an accounting qualification (ACCA, CIMA, CPA, ACA) is beneficial but not mandatory.
