Position: Freelance DevOps for Migration Project
Location: Brussels, Belgium (Remote/Hybrid)
Duration: 6 months, renewable

Company Overview: Our client is a major player in the insurance industry, specializing in providing innovative solutions for its clients. As part of a migration project to the Azure cloud environment, we are seeking an experienced Freelance DevOps professional to join our dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize CI/CD pipelines to ensure continuous and efficient deployment of applications in the Azure cloud environment
- Work closely with development teams to automate deployment processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Utilize tools such as Ansible and Docker to automate deployment, management, and scaling of applications and infrastructures
- Ensure availability, performance, and security of cloud systems
- Participate in the design and implementation of cloud infrastructure, using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues and ensure smooth system operations
- Document processes and configurations to facilitate maintenance and support
Requirements:
- At least 4 years of experience as a DevOps professional, ideally in a cloud environment (Azure, AWS, GCP)
- Proficiency in both French and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of Dutch is a plus
- Practical experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, etc
- Solid understanding of automation principles and DevOps best practices
- Experience using Ansible for automation of deployment and configuration tasks
- Mastery of Docker for container creation, management, and deployment
- Experience in implementing and managing large-scale cloud infrastructures
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Results-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines
Working Conditions:
- Freelance contract with an initial duration of 6 months, with the possibility of renewal
