I am working with a leading general insurance firm on the growth of their finance transformation team. They generate the best results by getting specialists from accounting, actuarial and tech working directly for the team so they can effectively support all facets of the business.
The team is looking for additional support in their finance pillar. A qualified accountant with a solid understanding of reporting in an insurance business who is confident with testing and improving processes.

IFRS/UK GAAP
Insurance sector knowledge
Stakeholder management
Controls testing and improvement
This role could be a great fit for someone with a background in audit, or project work experience. The key focus for the team is to get someone with excellent accounting capability who understands what good looks like and is confident improving and developing processes. Prior experience in a transformation role is beneficial but not essential.
