I am currently supporting a leading Insurance business on their search for a Finance Systems Manager on a permanent basis.
The role will be responsible for
- Manage a team of 3 staff and create a culture of collaboration, excellence and professional growth.
- Ensure training for end users for globally, mainly SAP based systems and tools
- Actively work with the Commercial Reporting team to support the expense reporting requirements as well as with the Finance transformation team to ensure continuous improvement in system usage
- Assist Head of Finance Operations to adapt to and implement changes and develop the Finance team
Profile Requirements
- Full or Part qualified accountant - ACA/ACCA/CIMA
- SAP based system knowledge preferred
- Proven meaningful process standardization and automation
- Proven experience with integration, COUPA & CONCUR
- Must have full right to work within the UK (no sponsorship available) - hybrid/flexible working available.
