The role holder is a member of Financial Accounting team with the following responsibilities:
- Calculate performance fee for UK fiscal branch of HBAP and Paris remote booking facilitator based on data received from various teams (Product Control, Regulatory Reporting and ALCM)
- Perform analytical review on performance fee calculated
- Provide the performance fee to Product Control in HK, UK and Paris for monthly posting to ledger.
- Prepare tax reporting for UK fiscal branch
Requirements:
- University graduate with at least 5 years experience in financial reporting capacity in banking industry
- Sound knowledge of tax reporting and intercompany recharge process across locations
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills, ability to work autonomously and maintain good self-disciplines, interaction skill and confidence
- Well organized, detail-oriented, able to cope with tight deadlines under pressure
- High degree of flexibility in adaption to changes
- Strong will to contiuously improve on prevailing work practices
- Team player with good inter-personal skills
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
