I am currently supporting a leading Insurance business on their search for a Finance Operations Manager during a period of growth
The role will be responsible for
- Business Partner support across Capital Solutions including Reinsurance, Broking, MG&A and Captives - including monthly performance monitoring, forecasting and budgeting
- Support M&A activity including asset purchases, investment hires, modelling and preparation of committee board packs
- Help drive continuous improvement in production of the financial information and insights
- Ad-hoc MI for exec management.
Profile Requirements
- Fully qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
- Experience of the Insurance industry or within an Insurance broker
- Experience within a fast paced environment
- Must have full right to work within the UK (no sponsorship available) - hybrid/flexible working available.
