We are looking for an experienced Finance Specialist who likes to work in an international environment who can support us with these overarching controls. The environment is dynamic as we recently sourced several activities, reorganised our structure and need to transform the organisation to a agile organisation We are now 2 years on the road with our agile journey as we deem it to be important that staff can take ownership.
Skills (Profile) we are looking for:
- HO+/WO working level with work experience in Statutory and Regulatory reporting
- Knowledge regarding Financial Markets, Treasury or Lending business in a complex banking environment would be nice.
- Well-developed competences to drive changes and to show initiative
- A communicator who can make the connection with the other teams within global finance services and our locations
- The right mindset to improve and standardise processes, preferable experienced with Lean Six Sigma
- Team player: able to work together in agile teams
