The Opportunity:
- Lead foundational product-facing initiatives for a new E&S commercial package offering launching Summer 2025, including the developing of forms, guidelines, and underwriting policies
- Encouraging and contributing creative, forward-thinking ideas to shape product strategy
- Drive business development efforts by identifying profitable niches and supporting targeted growth initiatives, with a focus on building and strengthening long-standing partnerships with wholesale and retail brokers in the Northeast
- Development of customized insurance solutions for a diverse range of commercial risks that fall outside the appetite of the standard market, delivering flexible, client-focused coverage options.
- Maintain deep expertise in E&S market dynamics, trends, and the competitive landscape to proactively identify new opportunities, address emerging risks, and position the business for sustained growth.
The Ideal Candidate:
- 3-5+ years of experience in a market facing underwriting capacity
- Established relationships with wholesale brokers
- Bachelor's degree preferred
Compensation is flexible and determined by years of experience
This opportunity operates on a hybrid model of 4 days in the office or in the field
It is open to the Midtown NYC office or the Parsippany, NJ office (or a combination of both)
