- You'll be managing and organising the schedules of multiple members of the board
- Managing calendars and inbox of the relevant board members
- Supporting the organisation of meetings (customer, client etc.), business trips (locally and internationally) and workshops (internal and external)
- Management of open tasks (including coordination and tracking of delegated tasks, mailing, archiving, time and expense recording)
- Be present and visible point of contact for close collaboration with the board executives, finance and HR (as well as other departments)
- Be proficient in English and German
