Oliver James are pleased to working with a leading employee benefit consultancy seeking a benefits consultant to join their office in London, Manchester or Scotland.
As an Employee Benefits Consultant, you will be responsible for providing advice on a full range of employee benefits products and services, specifically on group pensions and risk benefits such as life cover and income protection, workplace savings and flexible benefits. Where applicable, you may also be involved in generating new business should you have the skills and interest to do so.
Role requirements:
- Understanding of all employee benefits products from within an employee benefits or insurance company
- Ability to research, analyse and interpret a diverse range of information
- Strong communication skills paired with a strong technical understanding to often relay quite complicated information
