Per azienda internazionale in ambito Lifestyle- Retail, cerchiamo una igura di ECommerce & Omnichannel Manager con almeno 3 anni di esperienza in consulenza o cliente finale.

Areas of responsibility

  • Business project leadership: to drive projects understanding channel business needs and ensuring they are met within the project execution; build project business case and report to Retail stakeholders
  • Measurement: develop cross channel KPIs to measure and evaluate the contribution of each omnichannel activity; to sit with business leaders to finetune strategy and address change requests
  • Knowledge sharing: to actively review and elaborate omnichannel knowledge from the market, to create occasions for omnichannel knowledge sharing with internal stakeholders
  • Digital & eCommerce background: as digital is the main driver for omnichannel solutions
  • Retail knowledge: because every omnichannel project need to be addressed into retail understanding offline logics and customizations

Internal stakeholders - Business leaders, IT, Operations, Marketing, UX/Design

Technical Skills

  • Project Management: ability to coordinate multiple teams to target project timings and keeping on board main stakeholders form both ecom and retail side
  • Change management: to drive innovation from vision to execution, unbuilding projects in sub-activities that can be easily addressed and executed
  • Problem solving: advise stakeholders to face problems that may raise during design, deploy or monitoring phase of a project
  • Digital background: as digital is the main driver for omnichannel solutions
  • Retail knowledge: because every omnichannel project need to be addressed into retail understanding offline logics and customizations

Background

  • University Degree in Economics or Engineering or any other Scientific background
  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within the e-business department of a Medium/Large Company or experience coming from a Consulting Company
  • Good knowledge of retail operations and e-commerce
  • Effective communication and relationship building with internal and external stakeholders
  • Project Management skills
  • Fluency in English
