A client of mine is looking for a Dynamics CRM Support to join the team. You will be able to gain experience with an end user supporting a variety of users on the system and helping the BA team with requirements.

This role cannot sponsorship unfortunately.

Role Overview: As a Dynamics CRM Support Consultant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our clients by ensuring the smooth operation and optimization of their Dynamics CRM systems. You will be the first point of contact for troubleshooting issues, providing technical assistance, and enhancing CRM functionalities to meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-line support to clients for Dynamics CRM-related queries and issues.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues, ensuring minimal disruption to client operations.
  • Collaborate with the development team to implement customizations and enhancements.
  • Conduct regular system maintenance and updates to ensure optimal performance.
  • Train and support end-users to maximize their use of Dynamics CRM.
  • Document and manage support tickets using our CRM system.
  • Stay updated with the latest features and updates in Dynamics CRM.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in supporting Dynamics CRM systems.
  • Strong understanding of CRM processes and best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting and technical support.
  • Good communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • A proactive approach to learning and staying current with new CRM technologies and updates.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Dynamics 365.
  • Knowledge of SQL and reporting tools.
  • Familiarity with CRM customization and development.
