Dynamics 365 Administrator
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with a Microsoft Dynamics development partner to orchestrate the integration of new CRM features.
- Serve as a support point for users after training sessions.
- Manage a MS Dynamics 365 CRM platform, crafting new solutions to meet stakeholder needs.
- System Configuration and Maintenance:
- Configure and uphold Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications for optimal performance and reliability.
- Execute system upgrades and patches to ensure the environment remains current and secure.
- User Support:
- Offer technical support to end-users, addressing queries related to Microsoft Dynamics functionality.
- Coordinate with the IT support team for prompt issue resolution.
- Customization and Development:
- Work closely with developers to tailor and expand Microsoft Dynamics 365 functionality based on business needs.
- Create and modify workflows, entities, forms, and reports as required.
- Security and Access Control:
- Implement and oversee security policies to safeguard data integrity and prevent unauthorized access.
- Administer user roles and permissions within Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Integration and Data Management:
- Facilitate data integration between Microsoft Dynamics 365 and other systems.
- Monitor and optimize data migration processes to uphold data accuracy and consistency.
- Implement additional reports and dashboards as needed.
- Assist in integrating CRM with other company business systems and applications.
- Other Duties:
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
- Uphold quality work reflecting and promoting the company's core values.
Requirements
- Hold a BA/BS in business/economics, computer science, information technology, or a related field.
- Possess a minimum of 5 years' experience as a Microsoft Dynamics CRM administrator.
- Demonstrate the ability to critically evaluate information from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, and decompose high-level information into manageable tasks.
- Build custom objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity, or show the ability to learn these skills within a reasonable time-frame.
- Exhibit excellent project management and organizational skills to meet project deadlines.
- Have strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Showcase excellent problem-solving skills, analyzing complex business issues, designing solutions, and implementing new processes and workflows.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is required.
- Familiarity with the Power Automate platform is necessary, and technical proficiency with PowerBI is a plus. Experience with Flows, Process Builder, and custom objects is preferred but not mandatory.
- Exposure to CRM development technologies, including C#, JavaScript, and REST API, is advantageous.
