Oliver James is looking for a consultant for the position of File Manager Estate Consultant. Are you a dynamic team player with a critical and analytical mind? Do you want to gain more experience to boost your career? Then this is your chance!

For the Inheritances department, we are looking for a new colleague.

- As Legal client administrator, you are responsible for the complete, correct and smooth handling of an inheritance file in the event of a death.

- You analyse and interpret official documents (extract of death certificate, etc.) from notaries, heirs or third parties, take an autonomous decision in the case, taking into account the procedure to be followed, internal guidelines and applicable legislation.

- You check and pay invoices in the context of the estate.

- You provide both oral and written information to clients, agents, notaries, lawyers, heirs (whether or not involved in a conflict regarding the estate, etc.), taking into account the duty of discretion.

- You make bank account balances available to the next of kin as soon as possible according to the notary's or heirs' instructions.

- You prepare legal tax lists and documents (proof of blocking of bank accounts) and deliver a 'statement of assets of deceased' to the registry office.

- You identify potential problems and/or the need and adaptation of existing procedures.

Your profile

- You have a bachelor's degree (or equivalent through experience). Banking experience is an added bonus!

- You know how to gain insight into specific situations, concepts, changing legislation and procedures and make connections easily.

- You are customer-oriented, a good planner and organiser and know how to set the right priorities in dossier management.

- You dare to take well-founded decisions autonomously and work in a solution-oriented way.

- You can communicate fluently, clearly and convincingly, both orally and in writing. You are fluently bilingual in NL/FR.

- You can cope with stress, are a real team player and deal flexibly with changing circumstances.
