- Advising Businesses through a Tax professional's Lens: Conducting thorough reviews of tax closings, compilations, book closings, reviews, and tax preparation.
- Ability to act as an interim CFO, develop budgets and pricing, assign work to staff, and generate reports.
- Establish a clear sense of direction and purpose for team members, while building trust among colleagues and client representatives.
- Exercise oversight, supervision, and management of staff, overseeing day-to-day planning, fieldwork, and wrap-up activities.
- Foster strong client relationships through positive interactions with client personnel.
- Provide training, guidance, and supervision to both staff and senior accountants.
- Evaluate staff performance and offer constructive feedback.


- Bachelors needed, Masters preferred
- CPA/CA preferred
- A minimum of 10 years of experience, including 4+ years in a managerial role, within a public accounting firm
- Proficiency in Planning & Compliance tax matters, including experience with individual tax returns (1040)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work within an autonomous & team based environment, supervising staff of varied levels.
- Highly Organised, with knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Profx, Caseware & XCM preferred
