Oliver James are partnered with a luxury retail brand who are looking for a Digital Workplace End User Consultant to join their regional IT team. This person will understand workplace technology and how its use can empower users and give a best-of-class user experience!
The consultant will drive digital projects to optimise ways of working - working across technical initiatives across their global, local and regional teams. They will manage an estate of devices and applications, and report on the adoption and management of the digital workplace technologies.
Responsibilities:
- Being the go-to person and service line owner for Digital Workplace Services.
- Forge and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful rollout of Digital Workplace Technologies.
- Ensure that employees can fully exploit IT-supplied technology through knowledge and documentation.
- Contribute to the management, awareness and creation of a centralised archive of technology enablement resources.
Ideal candidate will have:
- 5 years experience working with and managing End User Technology within IT
- Proficient with Microsoft 365 Suite
- Strong analytical and reporting skills to demonstrate and dashboard security posture and overall health of end user device estate.
- Experience troubleshooting L3 Microsoft 365 issues for SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams.
- Experience with IT Service Management frameworks
- Passionate about learning emerging digital workplace technologies to promote new ways of working.
