Job Description:
- Managing and providing a clear picture of end to end delivery for strategic deliverables under the Group Office
- End-to-end digital program management for 9 countries in HK & SEA markets, including the initial business solutioning, business benefits & justification and to oversee and manage multiple project implementations and workstream
- Ensuring that a consistent degree of quality is maintained on initiatives
- Using business planning and project governance to identify resource needs, and then providing solutions for meeting those needs, working with internal and external counterparts as needed
- Develop effective, simplified processes that improve team's productivity across initiatives (i.e. content management, best practices, etc.)
Job Requirement:
- University graduate with at least 15 years' work experience in the financial services industry
- 7 years' experience in managing programme delivery in a regional role
- Proven track record of managing engagement, procurement, and securing value from third parties and consultants on strategic projects
- Comfortable with composing and delivering presentations in a boardroom setting
- Experienced in managing projects with budgets exceeding $10M USD
