Our client is one of the leading insurance company in the Asian Market and is currently looking for fast-paced candidates with solid BA experience to join their business and digital transformation project. - Understand, anticipate and evaluate business requirements to identify areas for improvement and solution implementation
- Liaise with the Project Manager and the Tech team to define project elements and milestones
- Translate business requirements into appropriately designed functional scripts
- Review IT documents to ensure alignment of understanding of requirements between business end users and IT
- Conduct implementation tests and provide support to end user post system enhancement
- Make improvements on the digital product by conducting the latest market research, testing and design modifications
Who we're looking for:
- 4-8 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with knowledge in insurance
- Participation in full project life cycle using both Waterfall and Agile methodologies
- Experience in large scale digital/ customer-facing projects and previous exposure to UI/ UX design
- Familiarity with IT team processes and knowledge in Tech is preferable
- Strong team player and able to perform cross-functional work and communicate with vendors effectively
- Native Cantonese speakers are preferred
